To support participation, Scale Ready Studio offers a Childcare & Transportation Accessibility Fund - small stipends available to help offset childcare or transit costs when program sessions or events overlap with parenting or travel needs. Scale Ready Studio Accelerator is designed to integrate directly into your business so every session results in systems, strategy, and measurable traction, instead of extra work.We structure the program around three core growth pillars that every scaling company must master. Each month focuses on key one pillar required to scale, and each week tackles a specific part of that growth process.
The 3-Month Structure
Month 1: Revenue & Go-To-Market Foundation: You’ll focus on clarifying how your business actually generates revenue today and how it should generate revenue at scale. This includes refining your customer profile, pricing, positioning, and defining the metrics that matter for growth.
Month 2: Sales & Business Development: This month is about turning demand into consistent revenue. You’ll work on building and strengthening your sales process, partnerships, and deal flow so revenue becomes more predictable and less dependent on founder hustle.
Month 3: Operations & Scale Systems: The final month focuses on the systems that support growth and decision-making structures so the business can grow without everything living in your head.
The Weekly Rhythm
Weekly In-Person Growth Lab (NYC): You’ll tackle that week’s growth focus inside a live, in-person lab led by founder-operators who have scaled 7–9 figure businesses. These sessions combine strategy with hands-on work so progress happens in the room, not later.
Weekly Virtual Integration Pod: After the Growth Lab, you’ll meet in a small group to apply the frameworks directly to your business, pressure-test decisions, and stay accountable to execution.
Coaching & Technical Support (Ongoing): Throughout the program, coaching and technical support are layered in to help you work through specific bottlenecks as they arise, ensuring momentum doesn’t stall between sessions.
Time Commitment: The program requires 8–10 hours per week, intentionally focused on activities that directly support execution that helps you drive revenue and profits.
