We know founders are busy building. That’s why this program is designed to be structured, high-engagement, and directly integrated into your business, so every session translates into systems, strategies, and real results.
Format: In-Person and Virtual. The program is anchored in live, in-person sessions in NYC where you’ll connect directly with facilitators, peers, and growth allies. Virtual elements, like technical assistance and coaching touchpoints, are built in to provide flexibility and keep you supported between gatherings.
Program Length: 12 Weeks. A structured experience designed to give you the space to apply what you learn, measure progress, and achieve traction within the program itself.
Sessions per Week: Expect 2 live sessions per week (one in-person and one online) focused on core curriculum and growth labs, plus optional office hours and technical assistance sessions based on your business needs..
Time Commitment: 8–10 Hours per Week. Between live strategy sessions, group accountability, coaching, and implementation, expect to dedicate focused time each week to move the needle on your business.
Commitment Deposit: $500 (Refundable) This program is funded by NYCEDC You don’t pay tuition. Instead, founders accepted into the program make a refundable deposit as a show of commitment. Founders who fulfill the program requirements receive their full deposit back once they complete program requirements.
Program Requirements to Receive Deposit Back: Include, attending required sessions (in-person and virtual), completing weekly KPIs, deliverables, and business progress check-ins, while staying engaged with coaches and peers.
The deposit is about accountability. It ensures you, your peers, and the cohort get the full value of the program. When you commit, the results follow.
